Joe Allen (November 8, 1947 – May 20, 1997) was an American basketball player who played for Bradley University in the late 1960s. A center, Allen led the Braves in rebounding and scoring each season of varsity basketball. While averaging 10.9 rebounds per game, Allen also averaged 22.2 points per game. During his senior season, Allen would lead the nation in field goal percentage, shooting over 65% from the field (.655).[1]
