John Ampomah (born 11 July 1990 in Konongo) is a Ghanaian athlete specialising in the javelin throw.[4] He is currently[when?] attending Middle Tennessee State University and is part of the university's track and field team.[3]
Ampomah represented Ghana at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.[2] He was the captain of the Ghanaian team in Rio.[5]
