John Durell Hunt (28 May 1900 – 19 January 1976)[1] was a historian, antiquarian, and collector. Together with his wife Gertrude (née Hartmann), he amassed the Collection that today forms the basis of The Hunt Museum, Limerick, Ireland.[2]
