John Linley Frazier (January 26, 1946 – August 13, 2009), also known as The Killer Prophet, was an American mass murderer who killed five people in Santa Cruz County, California. He was the first of three men who would go on killing sprees in Santa Cruz County in the 1970s;[2] he was followed by Herbert Mullin and Edmund Kemper.[3]
