Jolene Ivey (née Stephenson; born July 30, 1961) is an American politician who has served as a member of the Prince George's County Council from the 5th district since 2018, and as the council's president since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, she was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from the 47th district from 2007 to 2015. Ivey unsuccessfully ran for lieutenant governor of Maryland on the ticket of Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler in 2014, placing second behind Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown and his running mate Kenneth Ulman.
