Jordan Guy MacDonald Goudreau (born 30 July 1976) is a Canadian-American mercenary[2] who claimed responsibility for organizing the Macuto Bay incursion into Venezuelan territory on 3 May 2020.[3]

Goudreau is the owner and operator of a private security firm based in Florida called Silvercorp USA, which he set up in 2018.[4] Goudreau previously served in the Canadian Armed Forces and the U.S. Army Special Forces.[1]
