Joseph Pattulo Earngey (February 9, 1872 – May 26, 1939)[1] was a Canadian newspaper publisher and politician.[2] He served as mayor of the town of Kenora, Ontario from 1915 to 1918, and as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1926 to 1929.
