Joshua Patrick Allen (born May 21, 1996)[1] is an American football quarterback for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wyoming Cowboys (with one year at Reedley College) and was selected seventh overall by the Bills in the 2018 NFL draft.

Known for his dual-threat playstyle, Allen had a breakout season in 2020 when he led the Bills to their first division title and playoff victory since 1995 en route to an AFC Championship Game appearance. He also set the Bills franchise records for single-season passing yards and touchdowns, while earning Pro Bowl and second-team All-Pro honors. During his Buffalo tenure, he has led the team to a total of five playoff appearances, four consecutive division titles, and five postseason victories.
