Joshua Woo Sze Zeng (Chinese: 胡智胜) is a Malaysian politician from the Democratic Action Party (DAP).[1] He was elected in the 15th Penang state election[2] (August 12, 2023) as the State Assemblyman for Pulau Tikus,[3] serving as a member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly.[4] He is known for his advocacy of urban redevelopment, transit-oriented development, and climate change adaptation projects such as Penang's Silicon Island,[5] the Light Rail Transit (LRT),[6] and multi-method flood mitigation.[7]
