Junglee (transl. Wild) is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language action adventure film directed by Chuck Russell in his directorial debut in Hindi cinema and produced by Junglee Pictures.[5] It stars Vidyut Jammwal, Pooja Sawant, Asha Bhat and Atul Kulkarni. In the film, a veterinary doctor returns to his father's elephant reserve, where he encounters and clashes against an international poacher's racket.[6] The film features martial arts and action choreography performed by Jammwal.[7][8]

The initial release date was moved up a week to give a solo release to Romeo Akbar Walter.[9] Initially scheduled for release on 19 October 2018 and then for 5 April, Junglee was released on 29 March 2019 and received praise for the cinematography and action sequences.[10]
