KCMS (105.3 FM, "Spirit 105-3") is a radio station licensed to Edmonds, Washington, serving the Seattle market and broadcasting a Christian adult contemporary music format.

The station broadcasts at 105.3 MHz from Seattle (with a transmitter on Cougar Mountain in Issaquah), and includes a translator broadcasting on 92.1 MHz (K221BG) in Aberdeen, Washington.[2] It is owned and operated by Crista Ministries. Studios are located in the Seattle suburb of Shoreline.
