KYVV-TV (channel 28) is a television station in Del Rio, Texas, United States, affiliated with Merit Street. The station is owned by CNZ Communications, and maintains transmitter facilities on US 277 southeast of Del Rio.

KYVV-TV's first and second subchannels are relayed in the San Antonio area on sister class A station KGMM-CD (channel 24), while its primary channel is simulcast in widescreen standard definition on the third subchannel of Univision owned-and-operated station KWEX-DT (channel 41.3).
