Kalaga Thalaivan (transl. Leader of Rebellion) is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Red Giant Movies.[1] The film stars Udhayanidhi, Arav, Nidhhi Agerwal and Kalaiyarasan. The music and background score were composed by Srikanth Deva and Arrol Corelli, while the cinematography and editing were handled by K. Dhillraj and N. B. Srikanth. This is the fourth collaboration of N. B. Srikanth and Magizh Thirumeni after Thadaiyara Thaakka, Meaghamann and Thadam.
The film was predominantly shot in Chennai.[2]
Kalaga Thalaivan was released in theatres on 18 November 2022 to generally positive reviews from critics but became an average success at the box office.[3]
