Former Indian Administrative Service officer and activist
Kannan Gopinathan (born 12 December 1985) is a former Indian Administrative Service officer and an activist from Kerala.[1][2][3] He resigned from service as a mark of protest against the restrictions imposed in Jammu and Kashmir following the abrogation of article 370.[4][5][6]
