Karabakh University (Azerbaijani: Qarabağ Universiteti) is a higher education institution under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is located in the city of Khankendi in the Karabakh Economic Region of Azerbaijan.[1] It occupies the premises of what was Artsakh University, the main institution of higher education in the region during the time it was under Armenian control.
