Karan Faridoon Bilimoria, Baron Bilimoria,[1][2] CBE, DL, FCA (born 26 November 1961[3]) is a British Indian businessman,[4] member of the House of Lords, and former Chancellor of the University of Birmingham.
Bilimoria founded the global beer brand Cobra Beer, and is the company's chairman. In addition to his business activity, Bilimoria is a politically active independent crossbench member of the House of Lords, served as Chancellor of the University of Birmingham from 2014 to 2024, and is President of the Confederation of British Industry.
