Karen DeWitt (born April 18, 1944[1]) is an American journalist and communications executive. She worked for the New York Post, National Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, USA Today, and the Washington Examiner, and was a senior producer for ABC’s Nightline.[1] In 2017 she joined the faculty at Morgan State University, the largest HCBU in Maryland, where she serves as Digital Newsroom Director at the School of Global Journalism and Communication.[2]
