Jekaterina "Kate" Alexeeva (Latvian: Кате Алексеева) is a Latvian model, influencer, philanthropist and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Universe Latvia, she represented her country at the Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. She was previously crowned as Miss Grand Latvia and Miss Multiverse Latvia in 2019. She also represented Latvia at the Top Model of the World pageant in 2017.
