Kate Elizabeth Slatter OAM (born 10 November 1971; married name Kate Allen[1]) is an Australian former rower, a sixteen time national champion, world champion and Olympic champion from Adelaide, South Australia.[2] She is a three-time Olympian who in 1996 won Australia's first Olympic gold in women's rowing.
