Kelly A. Hough-Breen (born August 1977) is an American Democratic politician from Michigan. She was elected to the Michigan House of Representatives from the 38th district in 2020.[1][2] After the 2020 redistricting cycle, she was redistricted to the 21st district where she was elected in 2022.
