Kelly Christine Broniec (born 1971)[2] is an American lawyer from Missouri who was appointed by Governor Mike Parson to serve as a judge of the Missouri Supreme Court in September 2023. She served as a judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals from 2020 to 2023 and as chief judge July to September in 2023. In 2024, she voted against allowing the initiative to legalize abortion and women's reproductive rights to appear on state-wide ballots for the November 2024 election. She was part of the dissenting opinion in the 4-3 ruling.
