Kelly Cousins (née Chambers; born 11 January 1986) is an English women's football manager and former player who serves as sporting director for American club Utah Royals FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She previously managed English club Reading of the Women's Super League (WSL) and was also its director of football.
