Kelly Joy Hoare (née Brown; 1 July 1963 – 21 March 2024) was an Australian politician. She was a member of the House of Representatives from 1998 to 2007, representing the New South Wales seat of Charlton for the Australian Labor Party (ALP). She succeeded her father Bob Brown in federal parliament.
