Kenes Rakishev (Kazakh: Keñes Hamitūly Raqyşev; born 1979), known mononymously as Kenges,[1] is a Kazakh businessperson who is close to the authoritarian regime in Kazakhstan.[2][3] He is the son-in-law of former Kazakh Prime Minister, Imangali Tasmagambetov.[4]
