Khinkali (Georgian: ხინკალი [ˈχiŋkʼali] , sometimes Romanized hinkali or xinkali) is a dumpling in Georgian cuisine. It is made of twisted knobs of dough, stuffed with meat, fish or vegetables and spices.[1][2]
