Khotynetsky District (‹See Tfd›Russian: Хотыне́цкий райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Oryol Oblast, Russia.

The area of the district is 800 square kilometers (310 sq mi).[2]
Its administrative center is an urban-type settlement of Khotynets.[1]
Population: 9,376 (est. 2018).
