Khyber Teaching Hospital, also known as "Sherpao Hospital" (Urdu: خیبر تدریسی ہسپتال, Pashto: د خیبر تدريسي روغتون, abbreviated as KTH), is a university hospital and the primary teaching affiliate of Khyber Medical College.[1][2][3]

KTH lies on the historic route that links up to the historic Khyber Pass. This is one of the largest hospitals in the country. As a tertiary health-care facility, KTH serves as a major referral center in the region. This facility serves a large population, both domestic and foreign, in the north west region of Pakistan as well as in north eastern Afghanistan.[4][5][6]
