Currently, Grant holds the dual roles of Director of Football and Head Coach for Prague Raptors Football Club. He is a former Ghana international football player who transitioned to professional coaching, where he has held significant positions as a Technical and Director of Football. Grant also possesses the English FA Level UEFA A coaching license, highlighting his expertise and qualifications in the field of football coaching.
