King's Field II[a] is a 1995 action role-playing game developed by Japanese company FromSoftware for the PlayStation[3] as the second entry in the King's Field series and the first one to be released internationally. It was originally released in Japan in July 1995, followed by releases in North America and PAL territories by ASCII Entertainment and Sony Computer Entertainment respectively, retitled to King's Field (since the original King's Field was not released there).[3]
