Klismaphilia

Klismaphilia (or klysmaphilia), from the Greek words κλύσμα ("enema", from κατακλυσμός, "deluge, flood") and φιλία ("love"), is a paraphilia involving enjoyment of, and sexual arousal from, enemas.[1][2]
