Konakovo (Russian: Конако́во, IPA: [kənɐˈkovə]pronunciation) is a town and the administrative center of Konakovsky District in Tver Oblast, Russia, located on the right bank of Ivankovo Reservoir (Volga River). Population: 41,291 (2010 Census);[4] 42,335 (2002 Census);[11] 42,522 (1989 Soviet census).[12]
