Konstantin Nikolaevich Kostin (Russian: Константин Николаевич Костин; born September 17, 1970) is a Russian politician, deputy head of the internal politics of the presidential administration of Russia.
He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[1]
