Kotelva (Ukrainian: Котельва) is a rural settlement in Poltava Raion, Poltava Oblast, northeastern Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Kotelva settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.[2] Population: 11,778 (2022 estimate).[3]
