Krasnoturyinsk (Russian: Краснотурьи́нск) is a town in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Turya River (Ob's basin), 348 kilometers (216 mi) north of Yekaterinburg. Population: 59,633 (2010 Census);[6] 64,878 (2002 Census);[7] 67,324 (1989 Soviet census).[8]
