La7 is an Italian free-to-air television channel owned by Cairo Communication.[1] Until 2013 it was owned by Telecom Italia Media and operated by Telecom Italia.
The channel has a schedule of a generalist type, characterized by the presence of current affairs and entertainment programming. The channel's official announcer is dubber Francesco Prando.[2] and advertising sales are held by concessionaire Cairo Pubblicità.[3] The channel is available in Italy on the digital terrestrial television network and also on satellite, by Sky Italia and Tivùsat, and in Switzerland by cable.
Signal overspill means that parts of Albania, Croatia, Switzerland, Malta, Montenegro, Monaco and Slovenia also receive La7 broadcasts.
