Lauren Landy Mertz (born July 19, 2000) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Dayton Flyers and Pittsburgh Panthers before being drafted by the Courage in the 2024 NWSL Draft.
