Fritz Lanham Lyne, Jr. (born June 20, 1955),[1] is a businessman from Wichita Falls, Texas, who was from 2011 to 2013 a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives from District 69 in Wichita and Archer counties in North Texas.[2] From 2005 to 2010, he was the mayor of Wichita Falls; all Texas mayors are elected on a nonpartisan ballot.
