Lau Chi Sing (刘志成;[1] 1 January 1966 – 17 November 1989) was a 23 year old male Hong Kong national executed in Singapore for drug trafficking. He was the first Hongkonger to be executed in Singapore since its independence and also the first drug mule to be sentenced to death for trafficking narcotics via Changi Airport.[2]
