Lauren Elizabeth Flynn (born May 22, 2002) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for the Utah Royals of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Florida State Seminoles, where she won NCAA championships in 2021 and 2023. She has represented the United States at the under-20 level.
