Liga IV Hunedoara is the county football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Hunedoara County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system.
The winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series. The number of teams competes in the league is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from Liga III, the number of teams promoted from Liga V or the number of teams admitted directly in the competition.
