Lisa Kay Stark (born March 15, 1957) is an American judge, serving on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals since 2013. She has been Deputy Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals since 2015. Prior to the Court of Appeals, she was a Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge for 15 years in Eau Claire County.[1]
