The My Hero Academia manga and anime series features various characters created by Kōhei Horikoshi. The series takes place in a fictional world where over 80% of the population possesses a superpower, commonly referred to as a "Quirk" (個性, kosei). Peoples' acquisition of these abilities has given rise to both professional heroes and villains.^[1]
