Some are listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Safford also has two archeological districts, whose access are restricted, a Campsite and Trail, plus the Columbine Work Station State in the Coronado National Forest, which are not in the city but within its boundaries and which are listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
