Litovel (Czech pronunciation: [ˈlɪtovɛl]; ‹See Tfd›German: Littau) is a town in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,700 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.
