Lockhart is a census-designated place in Orange County, Florida, United States. The population was 13,060 at the 2010 census.[4] It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community is named for David Lockhart (19 March 1864 - 26 August 1923).
