Loreen Ruth Bannis-Roberts (born 19 September 1966) is a politician, businesswoman and diplomat from the Commonwealth of Dominica. Since August 2016, she has been the Permanent Representative of Dominica to the United Nations, the first woman to hold the post.[1][2] Representing the Dominica Labour Party, she was earlier Member of Parliament for the Castle Bruce constituency and has served in various ministerial positions in Dominica, including that of minister.[3][4]
