Los Ebanos is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hidalgo County, Texas, United States. The population was 239 at the 2020 United States Census. It is part of the McAllenEdinburgMission Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is named after the Texas Ebony (Ebenopsis ebano) that anchors the Los Ebanos Ferry.[3]
