Louis-Philippe Celestin (born August 30, 1994), better known by his stage name Lou Phelps, is a Haitian-Canadian rapper and producer from Saint-Hubert, Quebec. He is a member of the Canadian hip hop duo The Celestics alongside his brother Kaytranada.^[1]^[2]^[3]
