Louisa County (/luˈzə/ loo-EYE-zə) is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. As of the 2020 census, the population was 10,837.[1] The county seat is Wapello.[2]

Louisa County is part of the Muscatine Micropolitan Statistical Area.
