Lover Fest is a cancelled concert tour by the American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. Consisting of 16 shows across three continents, the tour was set to commence on June 20, 2020, in Werchter, Belgium, and was set to conclude on August 1, 2020, in Foxborough, Massachusetts, USA.
Announced after the release of her seventh studio album, Lover (2019), the Lover Fest would Swift's first festival tour. The duration of each show was unknown, with the setlist also being unknown. Though not official, it is assumed the setlist would've looked simliar the one that consisted of eight songs at the City of Lover show in Paris, her only concert done for Lover prior to the tour.[1]
The tour recorded a back then unprecedented demand and ticket sales. The tour bolstered economies, businesses, and tourism worldwide; dominated news cycles and social media engagement; and garnered tributes and accolades from various governments and organizations.
